still is. I already had my sister as my real estate agent when I
first heard from you. So it was a tough decision for me make the

After talking to you I realized you were the right person. I was

When we were offered the opportunity to relocate from Del Rio, Texas to Rio Rico, Arizona we didn’t know what to think about moving our family to another state. Our biggest fear was finding a home we can afford and enjoy without having to live in a rural area. The first step in the relocation process was that the moving company assigns you a realtor to work with that will assist you in finding a home that suits your needs. Our only request was that the realtor had to speak Spanish. We were lucky to get assigned Gerry Costa who works with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Gerry was a great help to our family! He provided us with area information such as population, school rankings, and other city government details before we even should up in Arizona. Before our house hunting trip we spoke constantly about our home criteria. Immediately, Gerry began to search for home using our criteria. He began to email us on houses that were prospects on a daily basis. This was a huge help to us since we were in Texas. So when we did scheduled our trip out to Arizona we had our list of houses that we were ready to see. Once in Arizona Gerry made us feel as if we were family. He was very courteous and fun to be around. House hunting can be very stressful but Gerry made it fun and enjoyable. Even our kids enjoyed spending time with Gerry. We spent two solid days of looking at houses until we finally found one that was a perfect match! Gerry did not hesitate to gather the appropriate documentation so we could submit an offer that same night. Gerry worked until 10pm that night making sure the offer was submitted for review. Once the offer was submitted we did more negotoations via Gerry until our offer was finally accepted! After that Gerry moved quickly to have the home inspected and was kind enough to attend the inspection on our behalf since we were back in Texas at the time. One of the things we enjoyed about Gerry is that even after we closed on our house Gerry still followed up with us to see if the move was going ok or to see if we need some help in our new city. Needless to say, we relocated to our new home and are very happy with our Realtor and Friend Gerry. We can honestly say that Gerry is one of the best realtors in the Business.
